Historic hall of the Residence

Everything around the Residence is closely connected with the history of the beautiful street, formerly known as Danzigerstraβe, which to this day is one of the most beautiful in Koszalin. Around the property there are other phenomenal and unique historic villas, not found anywhere else. Therefore, charm for guests is added not only by the atmosphere of our Residence, but each of the individual elements that makes us move to another place, it is even safe to say that we move in time to another era.
Our Club Room is particularly attractive for our guests, where we managed to regain its original appearance and save individual historical elements.In combination with modernist accessories, we have obtained a unique whole, which through additions, lighting each time can present this room differently.

Residence Kitchen

The kitchen of the Residence surprises many people, even the basic menu is served differently each time. Its uniqueness is that it is exclusively for guests of the Residence and is not a restaurant. Meal services are performed at the indicated times and require prior selection of the menu and reservation, because the service is performed in the form of a plate divided into hot and cold dishes, salads and appetizers all depending on the chosen variant.
For the celebration, the Residence Kitchen has developed a special three menu variants rich in variants. For completely closed celebrations, it is permissible to adapt Menu variants to individual orders. Organizational information

  • The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Huntier Residence exclusively for the ceremony until 3:00 a.m. is 861,00 zł brutto
  • The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence exclusively at the ceremony until 13:00 is  430,50 zł brutto
  • The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence for exclusive usefor a festive breakfast, or lunch until 17:30 is  478,00 zł brutto
  • The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence for exclusive use for celebrations for the whole day with breakfast, lunch and gala dinner is  861,00 zł brutto
  • The guarantee of exclusivity of the facility for the ceremony is only when all apartments are occupied during the ceremony.
  • In the price of service for our clients, your ceremony will be coordinated by a professional and qualified Event Consultant.
  • The menu of the Hunter Residence is made by our kitchen on site.
  • Your ceremony will be handled by our staff, only in the case of external catering it will be required to determine the issue of the ceremony service.

Reservations and all arrangements of the ceremony should be made by e-mail, or at the meeting it is required to sign a sheet containing preliminary arrangements.

WHEN BOOKING A DATE AFTER DETERMINING ALL THE DETAILS AND SIGNING THE CONTRACT, A DEPOSIT OF 40% IS REQUIRED

Change of date / cancellation conditions

  • The contract of the ceremony can only be canceled up to 30 days in advance before the ceremony, this will only guarantee a refund of 50% of the deposit.
  • When changing the date of the ceremony, a minimum of 30 days before the date of the ceremony is also required, otherwise a penalty of 10% of the deposit is deducted.
  • In the event of a last-minute cancellation or notification of a last-minute transfer of the deadline in less than 30 days, the deposit is completely non-refundable and is forfeited.
