Premium Apartments are an intermediate group between Standard and Comfort. A characteristic feature for them is the larger area of the room with a separate kitchenette. They are slightly smaller than apartments of a higher category.

From further curiosities that managed to determine the current apartment 5, it was once connected to Comfort 6. It served as an office and library belonging to the men's living room. Nowadays it is a wonderful apartment, with very high windows.

The second Delux Apartment stands out from the others in the Hunting Residence with its location as well as size. Brown 7 is the largest studio apartment in the building. Unlike other apartments of its category, it does not have a balcony.

The Lady of the House's Room, as the rooms that are now known as the Silver Delux Suite were once called. It is one of the larger apartments in the building, perfectly preserved in its original form. It has its own balcony and layout unparalleled in other apartments. That is, a pearl among all the apartments of the present Hunter Residence, also in the times of the Hunting Palace, this part of the building aroused admiration.
