Elegantly prepared room in the decoration of the Hunter Residence (if you want a different decoration, it is required to hire a decorator / florist)
Service of non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the selected Menu option
(if you want alcoholic beverages, it is required to hire a professional company, e.g. a mobile bartender).

Assistance in the Organization and technical

In terms of our database of contacts necessary to organize such an important event, we have in cooperation photographers, DJs, confectioners, make-up artists, hairdressers, etc.
In the room we have at your disposal a multimedia screen to display photos or videos.And our own sound system for playing music from our programs or media provided by customers.
If you want a different Menu than offered in the basic variants, we are able to make an individual calculation in the range of dishes possible to be made by our kitchen.When the Menu is to be more sophisticated, we are able to organize additional paid catering organized by an external company, but this may extend the valuation time, as well as will involve completely different service costs.

Organizational information

Reservations and all arrangements of the ceremony should be made by e-mail, or at the meeting it is required to sign a sheet containing preliminary arrangements.

The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence exclusively for the wedding ceremony until 3:00 a.m. is 861,00 zł brutto

The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunting Residence for exclusive useat the festive breakfast until 13:00 is 430,50 zł brutto

The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence for exclusive use to be corrected for a festive breakfast and lunch until 17:30 is 478,00 zł brutto

The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence for exclusive use to the festive corrections for the whole day with breakfast, lunch and gala dinner is 861,00 zł brutto

The guarantee of exclusivity of the facility for the ceremony is only when all apartments are occupied during the ceremony.

In the price of service for our clients, your ceremony will be coordinated by a professional and qualified Wedding Planner. Qualified by the leaders of the Polish Association of Wedding Consultants.

The menu of the Hunter Residence is made by our kitchen.

Your ceremony will be handled by our staff, only in the case of external catering it will be required to determine the issue of the ceremony service.

WHEN BOOKING A DATE AFTER DETERMINING ALL THE DETAILS AND SIGNING THE CONTRACT, A DEPOSIT OF 40% IS REQUIRED

Dinners are 18:30 - 21:30
The historic Club Room of the Residence is at the guests' disposal to sit quietly with soft drinks during the hours 11:00 - 13:00 oraz 21:30 - 23:30

When concluding a contract and discussing all the details, it is required to declare hours for breakfast for guests.

The Young Couple has the privilege of receiving breakfast in the apartment.

It is also possible to make breakfast in the form of corrections, which will require an additional fee for the room, as well as when signing the contract it is required to accurately determine all the details regarding the corrections.

Change of date / cancellation conditions

The contract of the ceremony can only be canceled up to 30 days in advance before the ceremony, this will only guarantee a refund of 50% of the deposit.
By changing the date of the ceremony, a minimum of 30 days before the date of the ceremony is also required, otherwise a penalty of 10% of the deposit is deducted.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation or notification of a last-minute transfer of the deadline in less than 30 days, the deposit is completely non-refundable and is forfeited.
