  • Special discount -10% for apartments (at a closed ceremony it is required to rent, a minimum of half of the apartments,
  • or all to have a guarantee of the entire facility for your ceremony)
  • Parking spaces in a closed, monitored area.The number of parking spaces depends on and is assigned to the number
  • of apartments taken (one apartment is assigned one place in the area).
  • Elegantly prepared room in the decoration of the Hunter Residence (if you want a different decoration, it is required to hire a decorator / florist)
  • Service of non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the selected Menu option
  • (if you want alcoholic beverages, it is required to hire a professional company, e.g. a mobile bartender).

Assistance in the Organization and technical

  • In terms of our database of contacts necessary to organize such an important event, we have in cooperation professional catering companies, photographers, DJs, confectioners, make-up artists, hairdressers, etc.
  • In the room we have at your disposal a multimedia screen to display photos or videos. And our own sound system for playing music from our programs or media provided by customers.

Organizational information

Reservations and all arrangements of the ceremony should be made by e-mail, or at the meeting it is required to sign a sheet containing preliminary arrangements.

  • The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence exclusively for the ceremony until 3:00 a.m. is 861,00 zł brutto
  • The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence for the exclusive purpose of the ceremony until 1:00 p.m. is 580.00 zł brutto
  • The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence for exclusive use for a ceremonial breakfast until 12:30 p.m. is 1963.00 zł brutto
  • The cost of renting the historic Club Hall of the Hunter Residence for the exclusive use of the ceremony for the whole day with breakfast is 2346.00 zł brutto
  • The guarantee of exclusivity of the facility for the ceremony is only when all apartments are occupied during the ceremony.
  • In the price of service for our clients, your ceremony will be coordinated by a professional and qualified Event Consultant.
  • Your celebration will be handled for other meals by a professional catering company. Which will require you to determine all the issues of the service of the ceremony. The price of catering company service will be individual and as an additional cost to the ceremony.

WHEN BOOKING A DATE AFTER DETERMINING ALL THE DETAILS AND SIGNING THE CONTRACT, A DEPOSIT OF 40% IS REQUIRED

Breakfast is  7:00 - 9:00
The historic Club Room of the Residence is at the guests' disposal to sit quietly with soft drinks during the hours 11:00 - 13:00 oraz 21:30 - 23:30

When concluding a contract and discussing all the details, it is required to declare hours for breakfast for guests.
The Young Couple has the privilege of receiving breakfast in the apartment.
It is also possible to make breakfast in the form of corrections, which will require an additional fee for the room, as well as when signing the contract it is required to accurately determine all the details regarding the corrections.

Change of date / cancellation conditions

  • The contract of the ceremony can only be canceled up to 30 days in advance before the ceremony, this will only guarantee a refund of 50% of the deposit.
  • By changing the date of the ceremony, a minimum of 30 days before the date of the ceremony is also required, otherwise a penalty of 10% of the deposit is deducted.
  • In the event of a last-minute cancellation or notification of a last-minute transfer of the deadline in less than 30 days, the deposit is completely non-refundable and is forfeited.
